Our students must be people who know the world, and are willing to produce change through visions of beneficial permanence. The education of the people of God must be missional to be strategic. The fact that the MFCTMI is holistic combining theological, missiological, managerial, leadership, and scientific education makes it unique among Christian Institutions of higher learning. We are staffed by those who have been in the fields, but driven everyday by scholarship in every area of learning. The institute sees that spirituality is compatible with the grace to study the world God has given us. It is the glory of God to hide a matter, and it is the glory of kings to find them out. This institution gives leaders and followers the ability to find out the hidden things of God in this world whether it is in the scientific fields or the missiological. We are committed to equipping saints from all over the world to study the world, subdue the earth, strategize on better ways and models of creating change in a crooked world, and transforming nations for Christ. All these must be done in culturally relevant ways that will not insult the peoples of the earth, but endear them to the One who loved them and gave His life for them.
